Since Steven Fien founded Davissa more than 40 years ago, we have focused on being steadfast in providing the best-in-class solutions for businesses and organizations across Northeast Ohio and beyond — including Cleveland, Akron, Canton, Columbus, and surrounding areas.
In our early years, we focused on traditional PBX systems, but now we are industry leaders in designing VoIP services and business security solutions including surveillance. Whether you're running on traditional telephony or looking for a cloud-based solution, we have a great deal of experience and expertise in designing customized solutions for our clients.
Our Team
The executive team at Davissa has more than 95 years of combined experience in the voice and data industry. We’ve always been in Northeast Ohio, we’ve always served Northeast Ohio, we are Northeast Ohio’s homegrown telecommunications experts.

Steven Fien, President and Founder, started Davissa Telephone Systems almost 40 years ago and has more than 50 years of experience in the telephone industry. One of the most important things that Steven values is the reputation of Davissa in Cleveland and throughout Northeast Ohio. He constantly strives to keep clients happy—in fact, he even has a bit of a reputation for spoiling them.
Steven grew up in Cleveland Heights, Ohio, and is married with two children and an amazing son-in-law, but it’s his grandchildren that gets him out of bed every day.

Dan Donofrio has been with Davissa for more than 25 years and serves as the Vice President. Having been with the company since the early 90’s Dan has had the opportunity to work his way up through the ranks giving him a unique perspective when it comes to customers’ needs. He has never thought of himself as a salesman but more a customer advocate, using his knowledge to educate both existing and new customers. Every opportunity is unique and having a wealth of knowledge becomes a very useful tool in assisting customers & providing the best solution for them.
When not at work you can usually find Dan with his family. His beautiful wife, 3 children and family dog Luna round out the Donofrio household. Daily events are usually sports related as all 3 children are multi-sport athletes. Beyond that relaxing and enjoying life are Dan’s favorite pastimes.

Erica Tortorici is probably the first voice you will hear when calling Davissa. She is our office coordinator and keeps everyone in line. She schedules installs, ports, and all of the service. If it’s not selling or running cable, Erica is probably in charge of it.

Matthew Karthan is a senior technical specialist and service expert with 10 years of networking experience. He has a knack for listening to customer requests and forming the perfect solution for your phone system needs.
Matthew grew up in northeast Ohio and graduated with a bachelors from CSU. When he is not configuring your new ACS Cloud System you can find him walking with his beautiful wife and amazing kids around the Metroparks, playing disc golf, or gaming on his computer.
